All custom orders require a non-refundable, 50% deposit before I begin your piece or order any necessary materials. The remaining amount due (plus shipping) will be collected upon the reveal of the finished piece. If the final invoice is not paid within 7 days with no notable effort to resolve the issue, I will assume you have ghosted me and your custom order will go up for sale to the public with no refund issued.

All invoices must be paid within 24-48 hours unless previously discussed. Prolonged absence of payment with no contact for longer than 7 days may result in the final piece being put up for sale to the public without a refund of your deposit.

Paypal is used for the security and safety of both parties.

(You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay a Paypal invoice.)
